PARENTS’ ORIENTATION 2022

Great Christian Academy held its limited Face to Face Parents’ Orientation for the SY 2022-2023 last August 19, 2022 at GCA Auditorium. Parents and guardians were informed about the school’s plans and directions for the School Year 2022-2023.

The orientation started at 9:30 in the morning and ended at 12:30 PM. As observed by the majority of the attendees, it was quite a long program and yet fruitful wherein most of the questions and concerns raised were all promptly answered. As the program formally starts, Dr. Alfredo F. Bandong, the School Principal introduced the members of GCA family which comprises the following: Administration, Faculty and staff. After which, a special song number was rendered by GCA faculty.

In the latter part of the program, new set of officers were elected for the General Parents-Teachers Association (GPTA) for the SY 2022-2023.

The following were presented to the parents and guardians during the said orientation:

· Overview of DepEd Order no. 34, S. 2022 in preparation for the full face to face classes starting November 3, 2022

· Guidance Programs and Services

· Academic Guidelines and Policies

· Initial Plans and Directions of the school

· Code of Discipline

· ACE Updates and Preparations

The program was concluded by Mrs. Jeany J. Volpane, the School’s Guidance Counselor.
